Select a date and time that best fits your schedule, fill out a brief intake form, and secure your slot. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with information for your upcoming visit.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, absolutely. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, for all of our services. Payments are processed securely right through our online platform at the time of booking.
Are there any limitations?
Telehealth is incredibly effective for acute medical care, routine check-ins, prescriptions, and lifestyle management. In case of life-threatening medical emergencies (such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or major trauma), please call 911 or visit the nearest ER.
Do you accept health insurance?
We operate on a transparent, self-pay model and do not bill health insurance companies directly for our consultation fees. This allows us to provide highly personalized care. However, many insurance plans will still cover the costs of your prescriptions at your local pharmacy, as well as bloodwork or lab tests we order for you. You can contact us for further clarification on accepted insurances.
How do prescriptions and refills work with a virtual visit?
If your provider determines that medication is necessary as part of your treatment plan, we will send the prescription electronically directly to the local pharmacy of your choice for convenient pickup. For ongoing treatments - such as medical weight loss or hormone therapy - we will schedule regular, brief virtual check-ins to monitor your progress and safely manage your refills. Please note that we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations regarding telehealth and cannot prescribe controlled substances.
